If the pilgrim in ihraam wears a mask
For Men There is no Fidyah for wearing the Mask.
For Women Since Mask is like Niqaab which is not allowed in state of Ihraam for females, so she will give Fidyah of feeding 6 Masakeen or she can keep 3 Fasts.

Dear sister
There is no doubt that one who goes for Umrah or Hajj wants to do many tawaf , but wearing Ihram to show that one is doing umrah is a kind of cheating the authorities and making their task difficult of keeping the number of people limited in the mataf. A muslim is ought to obey the people of authority if it doesn't contradict with shariyah.
Allah says in the Qur'an:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ ۖ O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. [Al- Nisa: 59]
So it's better not to do this. Allah سبحانه و تعالى will reward for exerting patience and obeying the rules set by the authorities.

There is no such restriction for men or women wearing shoes having something stitched on it.
Women can wear any shoes in state of Ihram
Men can wear any sandal which is the same size as the sole of the foot, but leaves the top of the feet, the heels and the ankles uncovered. There is nothing wrong with wearing it (when in Ihram).

اگر بال سر كے اوپرجوڑے کی شکل میں جمع كيے جائيں تو اہل علم كے ہاں يہ ممانعت يا تحذير ميں شامل ہے جو درج ذيل فرمان نبوى صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم ميں آئى ہے جس کا مفہوم ہے
" لوگوں کی دو قسميں ايسى ہيں جنہيں ميں نے ابھى تک نہيں ديكھا: وہ لوگ جن كے پاس گائے كى دموں جيسے كوڑے ہونگے اور وہ لوگوں كو مارتے پھريں گے، اور وہ عورتيں جنہوں نے لباس تو پہنا ہوا ہو گا ليكن وہ ننگى ہونگى، لوگوں كى طرف مائل ہونے والى اور لوگوں كو اپنى طرف مائل كرنے والى ہونگى، ان كے سر بختى اونٹوں كى طرح ہونگے، وہ جنت ميں داخل نہيں ہونگى اورنہ ہى جنت كى خوشبو پائينگى، حالانكہ جنت كى خوشبو تو اتنى اتنى مسافت سے آ جاتى ہے"

Once you have opened Ihram after Qurbani on 10th of Dhulhijjah, you can use razor to trim hair.

In Ihram cutting and trimming hair is forbidden.
If your hair fall because they are weak there is not sin.
Allah سبحانه و تعالى says in Qur’an
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity…… [ 2:286]
If any hairs fall out, without him doing anything that causes them to fall out, there is no blame on him, because he did not deliberately remove some of his hair.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whatever hairs fall from the head and beard of the pilgrim when he does Wudu or ghusl, without him intending to do that, is pardoned, because it is dead hair.
This ruling also applies to the one who wants to offer a sacrifice (udhiyah) after the first ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah begin.
Rather what is forbidden is to deliberately cut any of that hair when in ihram or after the first ten days of Dhu’l-Hijjah begin, for the one who intends to offer a sacrifice (udhiyah).
End quote from Fatawa Islamiyyah (2/713).

During Tawaf of kabah if the wuzu breaks do we need to renew the wuzu or its fine to continue and complete the tawaf? As during hajj time too many people are present .
📚Answer
Wudu is mandatory for tawaf like Namaz. If one breaks his / her wudu during tawaf, one should stop at that round. Make wudoo ( it can be performed at drinking water area inside the Haram) and the person should complete the remaining rounds of tawaf.
But if one is not able to keep Wudu and it gets break frequently due to illness then such person is excused, he/ she can pray and do tawaf with that wudu even if it breaks in the middle but for the next Salah he will make fresh wudoo.

خواتین کو پوری کوشش کرنی چاہیے کہ وہ مردوں سے کچھ الگ رہیں اور خواتین کے ساتھ ساتھ چلیں۔ اس کے باوجود اگر کبھی مردوں میں پھنس جائیں تو اللہ سے توبہ استغفار کرنے کے علاوہ ائیندہ محتاط رہیں۔ اللہ معاف کرنے والا ہے

خواتین کو صبر سے کام لینا چاہیے اور حجر اسود کو بوسہ دینے کی غرض سے مردوں میں گھسنا جائز نہیں اور گناہ کا باعث ہے۔ مردوں کاحصار بنانا تاکہ ان کے گروپ کی خواتین حجر اسود کا بوسہ دے سکیں، یہ دوسرے لوگوں کو تکلیف دینے کا باعث ہے جس سے گریز کرنا چاہیے۔

Before Tawaaf al-Wada', you need to perform Tawaaf al-Ziyarah, so once you are done with your periods, take Ghusl and perform that.
You will already be in the state of Ihram from the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah, so you don't need to re-make the intention for Hajj.
Tawaaf al-Wada' is performed at the end of the Makkah trip before leaving.

📚Answer
Two Sa'ees are performed in Hajj Tamattu'. One with the 'Umrah after Tawaaf al-Qudoom and the other with Tawaaf al-Ziyarah
The Sa'ee after Tawaaf al-Ziyarah is a Rukn/Pillar of Hajj so performing it is a must for the validity of Hajj.
If you have done both Sa’i you did the right thing, you don't need to give any fidyah for it.
